So, I was in Atlanta at the AmericasMart Gift Show last week working when I had the unique opportunity to meet the lovely Cat Cora from Iron Chef. We have watched her a lot on TV and I had heard she was a teeny, tiny petite little lady but I was not prepared for how personable she was. The curry sauce is so flavorful, in fact, that we've considered making it as a stand alone curry soup. This dish goes great as a traditional curry soup with rice, or with slices of bread to dip in the curry sauce. If you can find wild or in season mussels at your grocery store, this is the dish to beat this Spring!.... read more »
